Franck BOUFFIOUX
General Manager
After having studied economy and marketing in France, Franck Bouffioux adds the final touches to his knowledge in the US. After having created a marketing company in the 90' he becomes a hotel manager in France and abroad for 10 years before immersing himself in the Thalassotherapy and Spa business by becoming manager and consultant in 2000. Following this experience, he is appointed as TSM general manager early 2009. He does not only coordinate the assistance to the Spa design missions but also the management contracts with a multidisciplinary and very specialized team of 13 persons. He also manages Les Issambres Thalassotherapy centre located in the south of France (Var) and presides Thalgo SuperSpa Middle East a specialized consulting and management company based in Dubai (UAE).

Alexia SARKIS
Interior Designer
After having studied interior design, Alexia Sarkis started her carrier as a freelance in commercial design before joining a renowned parisian design firm which will allow her to work on several prestigious projects and will bring her to discover the Spa world. She then joins TSM in 2005 as design manager and has been since looking after maintaining a guide line in creativity and innovation through out the projects.

Caroline BOUSQUET
Executive Secretary to the General Manager
With a mathematics and technical high school diploma, Caroline Bousquet completes her training by studying Japanese. At the same time, she follows a technician diploma in International Business. After a professional path full of variety in Paris, she acquires a solid and diverse experience as commercial, technical and administrative assistant, she then leaves Paris for the south of France and joins TSM in 2001 as commercial assistant and is also in charge of after sales services. Since 2003, she has become the manager's assistant; she therefore organizes daily planning of the team, insuring the transfer of information as well as all the sales administration and clients follow-up.

Florent JARDONNET
Technical Manager
After having completed technical studies in HVAC engineering, Florent Jardonnet ensures the technical management of several hotels and thalassotherapy centres for 12 years.
In 2003, he joins TSM as technical manager. Within the team, he is in charge of all the technical parts specific to spas and thalassotherapy care and mainly sea water treatment for thalassotherapy centres. He is also a hydromassage and therapeutic seawater and fresh water pools specialist. He is always concerned with permanent innovation for a technical approach serving the users and the design.

Frédéric VIEGAS
3D Graphic Designer
After having completed studies in electrical engineering, Frédéric Viegas acquires a solid experience as a graphic designer before creating his own company specialized in 3D images and web design. He integrates TSM in 2008 and has been designing Spas and Thalassotherapy centres since.

Laetitia VESPERINI
Spa Operations Manager
After a 12 years career in the hospitality business, 6 of which she was an operation manager, Laetitia Vesperini decides to go back to her studies in a business school and obtains her degree in general management successfully. She then integrates TSM in 2005 as Spa Operations Manager and therefore manages several Spas and Thalassotherapy centres in Sardinia within 4* hotels and resorts.
After having proved herself in Italy, she is entrusted successively with audit missions, Spa openings, management assistance as well as supervision of several projects in management.

Patricia KOCH
Graphic designer
With a degree in civil engineering design, Patricia Koch integrates Thalgo in 1982, then ''Thalgo Concept'' the specialized structure in 1994 as graphic designer. In 2001, she joins TSM where she is in charge of the different layouts, she also masters several drawing software.

William SIMON
Business Manager
After having obtained his master in management and touristic/hotel development and a master in local organizations, William Simon follows an exclusive path in local development and touristic/hotel management. After having worked as operation manager for several well-known groups for 11 years, he integrated TSM in 2006 in order to ensure a Spa opening and to realize several opportunity studies for Thalassotherapy centres and Spas. Since 2009, he has been in charge of the business development and intervenes also in the projects preliminary phase by realizing opportunity and marketing studies.

After-sales service

The after-sales service rests on 2 technicians one of whom is based in Paris and the other in the south of France. They ensure the after-sales of all the equipment sold by Thalgo Group.
